School Fees 2026-27

We are committed to providing high-quality international education at an accessible cost. Here you will find the tuition structure, payment terms, and refund policy applicable to the school year.

Annual Tuition Fee	€4,000 per student	For the full academic year. Pro rata for mid-year enrollments.
Registration Fee	€150 per student (one-time, non-refundable)	Payable upon submission of the application form.
Refundable Deposit	€500 per student (one-time)	Payable upon acceptance. Refunded upon departure if all dues are settled.

General Terms & Conditions

The terms & conditions apply to all students enrolled at International School Fryslân.
Failure to meet payment deadlines without prior arrangement may jeopardize the student’s placement.
All fees are subject to annual review. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
The school reserves the right to withhold student records in the event of unpaid fees.

Payment Terms

Annual Payment Options

Option 1: One lump sum payment of €4,000 by end of May
Option 2: Two equal installments of €2,000:

First installment: End of May
Second installment: End of November

For Mid-Year Start

Tuition will be calculated pro rata based on the start date.
Payment must be made in one lump sum before December 1.

Late Enrollments

Fees will be adjusted pro rata based on the number of remaining school months.

Refund Policy

Scenario	Refund Conditions
Withdrawal before August 1	100% of paid tuition refunded (excl. €150 registration fee)
Departure during the school year	50% of the remaining tuition (from the month following withdrawal)
Registration Fee	Non-refundable
Deposit	Refunded upon departure if no outstanding financial obligations
