The opening and first day of school at International School Fryslân marked a significant milestone for international education in Friesland.
Students were introduced to their teachers and participated in orientation activities designed to help them become familiar with their new learning environment and feel at home from the very first day.
Adding to the excitement, students enjoyed the winter scenery outdoors, with the school grounds filled with laughter and joy as they played in the snow.
The day concluded with a welcoming gathering for parents and the ISF core planning team including a team from PCBO, and supporters of ISF, who joined us in the afternoon for coffee and tea to celebrate a successful and joyful start to the school year.
We look forward to establishing a teaching and learning routine at International School Fryslân.
