International School Fryslân (ISF) is delighted to share the success of our recent collaboration with NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, specifically with students from the Human Resource Management (HRM) program. This partnership marks an exciting step in strengthening community connections and developing innovative ideas to support the region’s first international school.
NHL students were tasked with creating strategic solutions to support ISF’s development. The creativity and insight demonstrated by the students highlighted their strong understanding of both HR principles and the needs of a growing international school.
The collaboration concluded with each student team pitching their unique solutions.
